If the referral becomes a successful collaboration, you’ll receive your 1 Creative Credit the following month.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A client referral is successfully completed when they purchase, pay and complete the individual or business marketing planning process. Or purchase services of equivalent value to these items in a single transaction.
A partner referral is when the agreement we make creates value equivalent to the workshop revenue in one month.
Creative Credits will be valued as per your client status with Social Star at the time of referral, please consult your marketing coordinator for more details on your specific level.
Creative Credits are not redeemable for cash or transferable for other services.
Creative Credits are not transferable to other clients or people outside the Social Star ecosystem.
Creative Credits expire 24 months after issuing and the client must manage the use of their own credits.
The services applicable for Creative Credits to purchase are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Social Star.
If a dispute occurs regarding Creative Credits please contact your marketing coordinator who will arrange a meeting with a Social Star senior manager to make a decision. A fair-go rule applies.
