For every referral that results in a successful collaboration, we’ll reward you with 1x Creative Credit (valued at $450 RRP). Whether it’s a new client, a talented team member, or a valuable partnership, your introduction means the world to us.

How it works?

STEP 1

Send us an email introduction or submit the form below with your referral’s details.

STEP 2

We’ll meet with them to discuss how we can work together.

STEP 3

If the referral becomes a successful collaboration, you’ll receive your 1 Creative Credit the following month.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A client referral is successfully completed when they purchase, pay and complete the individual or business marketing planning process. Or purchase services of equivalent value to these items in a single transaction.

  • A partner referral is when the agreement we make creates value equivalent to the workshop revenue in one month.

  • Creative Credits will be valued as per your client status with Social Star at the time of referral, please consult your marketing coordinator for more details on your specific level.

  • Creative Credits are not redeemable for cash or transferable for other services.

  • Creative Credits are not transferable to other clients or people outside the Social Star ecosystem.

  • Creative Credits expire 24 months after issuing and the client must manage the use of their own credits.

  • The services applicable for Creative Credits to purchase are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Social Star.

  • If a dispute occurs regarding Creative Credits please contact your marketing coordinator who will arrange a meeting with a Social Star senior manager to make a decision. A fair-go rule applies.
